Suntem transparenti fata de colaboratorii si partenerii nostri, astfel, confirmam faptul ca sunt cunoscute datele cu caracter personal pe care le colectam si care sunt scopurile pentru care folosim datele cu caracter personal. Folosim numai date cu caracter personal pe care ni le transmiti, date cu caracter personal care reies din derularea relatiei contractuale.

DEFINITII:

ANSPDCP reprezinta Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal;
“ date cu caracter personal ” inseamna orice informatii privind o persoana fizica identificata sau identificabila (“persoana vizata”); o persoana fizica identificabila este o persoana care poate fi identificata, direct sau indirect, in special prin referire la un element de identificare, cum ar fi un nume, un numar de identificare, date de localizare, un identificator online, sau la unul sau mai multe elemente specifice, proprii identitatii sale fizice, fiziologice, genetice, psihice, economice, culturale sau sociale;
“ prelucrare” inseamna orice operatiune sau set de operatiuni efectuate asupra datelor cu caracter personal sau asupra seturilor de date cu caracter personal, cu sau fara utilizarea de mijloace automatizate, cum ar fi colectarea, inregistrarea, organizarea, structurarea, stocarea, adaptarea sau modificarea, extragerea, consultarea, utilizarea, divulgarea prin transmitere, diseminarea sau punerea la dispozitie in orice alt mod, alinierea sau combinarea, restrictionarea, stergerea sau distrugerea;
“restrictionarea prelucrarii ” inseamna marcarea datelor cu caracter personal stocate cu scopul de a limita prelucrarea viitoare a acestora;
“ operator” inseamna persoana fizica sau juridica, autoritatea publica, agentia sau alt organism care, singur sau impreuna cu altele, stabileste scopurile si mijloacele de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal; atunci cand scopurile si mijloacele prelucrarii sunt stabilite prin dreptul Uniunii sau dreptul intern, operatorul sau criteriile specifice pentru desemnarea acestuia pot fi prevazute in dreptul Uniunii sau in dreptul intern;
“ persoana imputernicita de operator ” inseamna persoana fizica sau juridica, autoritatea publica, agentia sau alt organism care prelucreaza datele cu caracter personal in numele operatorului;
“ destinatar ” inseamna persoana fizica sau juridica, autoritatea publica, agentia sau alt organism careia (caruia) ii sunt divulgate datele cu caracter personal, indiferent daca este sau nu o parte terta. Cu toate acestea, autoritatile publice carora li se pot comunica date cu caracter personal in cadrul unei anumite anchete in conformitate cu dreptul Uniunii sau cu dreptul intern nu sunt considerate destinatari; prelucrarea acestor date de catre autoritatile publice respective respecta normele aplicabile in materie de protectie a datelor, in conformitate cu scopurile prelucrarii;
“consimtamant ” al persoanei vizate inseamna orice manifestare de vointa libera, specifica, informata si lipsita de ambiguitate a persoanei vizate prin care aceasta accepta, printr-o declaratie sau printr-o actiune fara echivoc, ca datele cu caracter personal care o privesc sa fie prelucrate.

DRETURILE PERSOANEI VIZATE

Dreptul de acces inseamna dreptul persoanei vizate de a obtine o confirmare din partea operatorului ca prelucreaza sau nu datele cu caracter personal care il privesc si, in caz afirmativ, acces la datele respective si la informatii privind modalitatea in care sunt prelucrate datele.
Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor se refera la dreptul de a primi datele personale intr-un format structurat, utilizat in mod curent si care poate fi citit automat si la dreptul ca aceste date sa fie transmise direct altui operator, daca acest lucru este fezabil din punct de vedere tehnic.
Dreptul la opozitie vizeaza dreptul persoanei vizate de a se opune prelucrarii datelor personale atunci cand prelucrarea este necesara pentru indeplinirea unei sarcini care serveste unui interes public sau cand are in vedere un interes legitim al operatorului. Atunci cand prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal are drept scop marketingul direct, persoana vizata are cu precadere dreptul de a se opune prelucrarii in orice moment.
Dreptul la rectificare se refera la corectarea, fara intarzieri nejustificate, a datelor cu caracter personal inexacte stocate. Rectificarea trebuie comunicata fiecarui destinatar la care au fost transmise datele, cu exceptia cazului in care acest lucru se dovedeste imposibil sau presupune eforturi disproportionate (demonstrabile).
Dreptul la stergerea datelor (“dreptul de a fi uitat”) inseamna dreptul persoanei vizate de a solicita sa ii fie sterse datele cu caracter personal, fara intarzieri nejustificate, in cazul in care se aplica unul dintre urmatoarele motive: acestea nu mai sunt necesare pentru indeplinirea scopurilor pentru care au fost colectate sau prelucrate; isi retrage consimtamantul si nu exista niciun alt temei juridic pentru prelucrare; se opune prelucrarii si nu exista motive legitime care sa prevaleze; datele cu caracter personal au fost prelucrate ilegal; datele cu caracter personal trebuie sterse pentru respectarea unei obligatii legale; datele cu caracter personal au fost colectate in legatura cu oferirea de servicii ale societatii informationale.
Dreptul la restrictionarea prelucrarii poate fi exercitat in cazul in care persoana contesta exactitatea datelor, pe o perioada care permite verificarea corectitudinii datelor; prelucrarea este ilegala, iar persoana se opune stergerii datelor cu caracter personal, solicitand in schimb restrictionarea; in cazul in care operatorul nu mai are nevoie de datele cu caracter personal in scopul prelucrarii, dar persoana i le solicita pentru constatarea, exercitarea sau apararea unui drept in instanta; in cazul in care persoana s-a opus prelucrarii pentru intervalul de timp in care se verifica daca drepturile legitime ale operatorului prevaleaza asupra celor ale persoanei respective.

CE TIPURI DE DATE CU CARACTER PERSONAL COLECTAM

In general, colectam datele cu caracter personal direct de la dumneavoastra, astfel incat aveti controlul asupra tipului de informatie pe care ne-o oferiti. Cu titlul de exemplu, primim informatii de la dvs:

Cand va creati un cont pe site-ul organizatorului unui eveniment,transmiteti si catre EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L.: adresa de e-mail, numele si prenumele – datele necesare pentru achizita biletelor;
In cadrul contului dumneavoastra de pe site-ul organizatorului evenimentului ar putea fi necesar sa adaugati informatii suplimentare, precum:, numar telefon mobil, data nasterii, adrese de livrare. Aceste informatii nu vor fi comunicate catre EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L;
Cand plasati o comanda de bilete, va fi necesar, sa furnizati informatii precum: categoria de bilet dorita, numele si prenumele dvs. in calitate de cumparator dar si numele si prenumele fiecarui participant la eveniment in parte, tara de origine a participantilor, adresa participantilor, orasul de domiciliu al participantilor, numar de telefon al participantilor, adresa de e-mail pentru fiecare participant, sexul participantilor, data nasterii a participantilor. Aceste informatii raman la Organizator, nefiind transmise catre EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L.
Pentru achizitia biletelor, trebuie sa transmiteti si urmatoarele informatii: detalii de facturare, metoda de plata, numar de telefon, datele cardului bancar. Aceste date vor fi communicate catre EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L..

Putem, de asemenea, sa colectam si sa prelucram ulterior anumite informatii cu privire la comportamentul dvs in timpul vizitarii platformei EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L, pentru a va personaliza experienta online si a va pune la dispozitie oferte adaptate profilului dvs. Pe site-ul nostru web putem stoca si colecta informatii in cookie-uri. Ne angajam sa asiguram securitatea datelor cu caracter personal prin implementarea unor masuri tehnice si organizatorice adecvate, conform standardelor industriei.

EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L. si-a asumat responsabilitatea implementarii unor masuri tehnice si organizatorice corespunzatoare privind protectia confidentialitatii si securitatii datelor cu caracter personal, respectiv pentru protectia impotriva accesului neautorizat, a utilizarii, alterarii sau distrugerii datelor cu caracter personal conform prevederilor RGPD, dupa cum urmeaza:

Utilizatorii care au acces la baza de date a informatiilor cu caracter personal sunt doar cei care si-au creat cont pe platforma EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L., fiecare dintre acestia accesand baza de date cu numele de cont si parola.
Angajatii, colaboratorii si furnizorii de servicii ai EVENT PLATFORM SYSTEMS S.R.L., care intra in contact cu datele cu caracter personal, trebuie sa actioneze in conformitate cu principiile politicilor si procedurilor de confidentialitate si de securitate a datelor cu caracter personal, semnand acorduri de confidentialitate cu privire la aceste date.
Computerele de la care se acceseaza baza de date a informatiilor cu caracter personal sunt parolate, au implementate solutii de protectie antivirus, antispam si firewall, updatate la zi.

Toti angajatii, colaboratorii si furnizorii de servicii, care intra in contact cu datele cu caracter personal, trebuie sa actioneze in conformitate cu principiile politicilor si procedurilor de confidentialitate si de securitate a datelor cu caracter personal semnand declaratii si acorduri de confidentialitate cu privire la aceste date. In acelasi timp, ne-am asumat responsabilitatea implementarii unor masuri tehnice si organizatorice corespunzatoare privind protectia confidentialitatii si securitatii datelor cu caracter personal.

POLITICA DE CONFIDENTIALITATE POATE FI SCHIMBATA
